The kitchen of Fratelli Salini offers you typical traditional dishes: genuine and tasty starters, fresh home made pasta, cured meats and delicious puddings.

Among the starters, “coppa”, “salame” and “pancetta” (bacon) are directly produced by Fratelli Salini with care and attention. Besides the sausages you can taste the pressed lard with garlic and parsley (“gras pist”), several kinds of pâtés, tongue, salted quiches.

Among the first courses you can taste the pasta, for example the “Tortelli” made with spinach and “ricotta” cheese or with pumpkin, “radicchioand sausage, according to the seasons, and then “Ravioli”, “Tagliatelle”, “Chicche like grandmother used to make, “Gnocchi”, mushrooms, game, truffles and roast meats.

To end your meal, you have a selection of home made puddings, cakes and ice-creams.

We have also fine wines for different courses.
